Every single day, more and more people upload brand new websites to the Internet. I don't have any figures but there must be hundreds of thousands of new pages being added daily (if not considerably more!). The one thing that all of these new websites need in order to make their existence worthwhile is traffic, which leads me to one of the most common questions I am asked and the subject of this newsletter.

In this article, teleclass is an example used to illustrate one type of eLearning market. During these early years, learning institutions, particularly universities, were chief users of this format. Now, due to technology changes and cost reduction, people can give and attend ePrograms without leaving their chair. The term eProgram is a compilation, or overview term, of all electronically delivered learning programs. No parking challenges, auto expenses, or travel time required.
